★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing experience! They sell you a bicycle claiming to have it in stock, make you wait for 2 weeks, then inform you that they don't have it and you have to wait for 2 months more. I would not recommend this store. Plenty of more reliable online shops out there...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed by the service received here! I came in 15 minutes before closing to pick up my bike, and there was a lot to do. Test drive, buy accessories, etc . I asked the friendly employee " do we have time" . His reply " we will make time". Super friendly and professional . So pleased I choose this shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST SERVICE and BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER in NL!
I ordered a bike online, had to call them to know it will be delivered in 2 weeks
-In 2 weeks, no notice at all, they delayed the delivery to the next week (they didn't even notice me at all that it's delayed, I always have to reach out!)
-Again, no notice at all, they delayed the delivery to another 2 weeks (not even certain when it will be in stock)
-never contact me on any update, I always have to call them and they are super irresponsible; say some something like they will call or email back, but almost never.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very favorably impressed with Piet and the others working at the Amstelveen shop who sold us our bikes and who later arranged with our insurance company the transport for ourselves and our bikes when we had a technical problem with my bicycle in Zandvoort. It occurred at the end of the workday, but Piet got our situation fully taken care of right away. The service is friendly and helpful. Communication is above and beyond! We love our bikes, and highly recommend the Amstelveen Fietsvoordeelshop.nl bicycle shop both for new bikes, equipment, and repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same experience as others: I was told they would send me an email in two days to pick up the bike that I settled on, precisely because of short waiting time. Instead, I have received an email stating that my purchase was being delayed for a month and a half. Ended up purchasing a bike from another store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from the employees in the shop. Made the bike ready very quickly!
Even though the customer service say the bike was ready, it was not yet assembled. So since we came from far away to pickup the bike they made a great effort to assemble the bike in the same day and I got to ride the bike out of the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ample choice. Good clean and filled showroom. Bikes are standard like €100 or more below MSRP that others shops often maintain.
Ordered a bike there with an alternative saddle that should be delivered in the shop in two weeks. If all goes well I’ll upgrade to five stars! Also free parking.
