★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick turnaround time with an annual tune up. Loaner bike available. Wasn't super helpful picking out new tires. Had to basically do my own research. I do a lot of commuting by bike and wanted extra puncture protection. One guy was very helpful about new seats. The rest not so helpful with questions about merchandise any time I go in to look for accessories/parts. Little pricey. Was quoted €55 and ended up being €60 for tune up. That's what the last one cost me. But, last place I took it to for a tune up oiled and tightened EVERYTHING. Not so here. Charged €15 a tire for installation. The last place I took mine to did both for €12. Convenient location. Quick. Loaner bikes. But do your research before you go in. Know what you want and check prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop has got to be one of the best shops (if not the best), I've ever attended. I was in extreme need of help, both my hydraulic brakes were faulty and spongy, somehow the mineral oil leaked. They had a full shop but allowed me to work on my bike. They lend me tools and a stand and didn't ask anything in return aside from a good conversation and a few laughs. People like Hans and Julian are the reason I love cycling, camaraderie that is simply close to none. Keep at it guys!

I walked into the store, tired from searching for an e-bike online. After listening to all my demands, in no time we found a perfect bike that fit all my needs. I'm really happy with my bike for the month (and the 1000km) that I had it already. And it's not just the bike, it's the service that is very personal, I just know I can come by with every issue or concern and they will take their time for you.
In the past month I already sent a couple of friends there as well. So yes - definitely recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really friendly service, professional repair, attentive too... they spotted a small issue with my bike that was completely unrelated to what I was there for.
You can tell that they're the only good bike repair shop in the area, as quite often they are busy and it might take a day to get your bike back. Do not be tempted to go to Halfords (truly terrible, negligent service).

They stock high quality brands and have a full service shop by appointment, with quick turnaround. We bought our first e-bike here and the entire experience has been great.
