β β β β β Its my favorite turkey restaurant which i always drop by whenever i visit Amsterdam since Y2010. Always order the same menu the grilled chicken set with rice. Look forward to the next Amsterdam's visit.

β β β β β Surpassed all expectations. I wandered in seeking lunch in Bos end Lommer and found a true gem. Bustling with jolly regular customers and friendly staff, Birtat boasts an impressive array of authentic Turkish dishes, many of which are vegan (or easily made so). The staff were accommodating and helpful with this, and the Turkish coffee was killer too. I got some poached broad beans in an oily broth, which was delicious and very warming. The side salad was the only let down, but I won't hold that against them since it came at no extra charge (like the bread).
I highly recommend you check this underrated Turkish diner out.

β β β β β Tried the sharma with chicken. Good food. Very crowded, so the food takes some time. Which is why we overstuffed ourselves with the bread before the meal comes out. Love the chili and garlic sauce too. Would certainly come back again.

β β β β β "Falafel broodje alles" and an Ayran yogurth drink for 9.50 euro. 4 pieces of frozen falafel and small portion of vegetables, no onion, no tomato no cucumber, no taste, expensive. They don't even take the time to put the sauces in your sandwich and you get 3 plastic containers for one bread. Highly unsustainable, bad for the environment. Also they are giving out plastic straws with every drink. You should change the way your business treats the environment.

YOU WANT TO MAKE CLIENTS, OR YOU WANT LOSE THEM?

β β β β β The food here is something I always look forward to when I am visiting Amsterdam. No matter where in the city I stay I make a point to come by and eat. The portions are great and the fries and garlic sauce is like no other. Friendly and busy atmosphere - would definitely recommend.

β β β β β This place is absolutely one of the best restaurants in Bos en Lommer area!! I am always satisfied with the portion & price & quality of food here and never disappointed. The complimentary sauce and pita bread that they serve are also extremely tasty, love love love this place!
