Kadayıfzade - Bos en Lommerplein 71
De familie Küsbeoğlu begon haar commerciële leven 160 jaar geleden door M Ali Küsbeoğlu met de verkoop van gewone boter en honing op de appelmarkt van Gaziantep. In de daaropvolgende jaren hebben de vertegenwoordiger van de tweede generatie Mim Sait Küsbeoğlu en de vertegenwoordiger van de derde generatie Müslüm Küsbeoğlu hetzelfde werk voortgezet.
De vertegenwoordiger van de 4e generatie, Mehmet Sait Küsbeoğlu, richtte in 1968 de kadayif-werkplaats op in het Şıhcan-district Gaziantep. Sait Usta combineerde de mebrume en andere kadayif-variëteiten van Aleppo met de smaak van Gaziantep en gaf hen een ander privilege en speciale presentaties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het kan echt niet de blonde oma (personeel of teamleidster) ze kijkt de klant zo vies aan babelt over je ze dacht dat ik geen turks kon. Echt bah de service van haar. Wil je niet werken?? Blijf lekker thuis chino, voordat je op en dag zo hard word geklapd dat je ogen nog kleiner worden. Ik voelde me echt niet op mijn gemak en stond na éen kwartier al gelijk op. Ze stond nog met haar gsm te spelen ik aan het wachten bij kassa. NOOIT MEER VOOR MIJ. WAS EERSTE EN LAATSTE KEER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly personnel. The menu consisted of various dishes. From pasta to burgers and authentic Turkish dishes. Although the food came out quick, it was quite disappointing. I ordered a schoarma schotel with fries and a basket of bread. The bread was not freshly made but defrosted and warmed up. Some pieces were chewy, hard and dry. Apart from this, some pieces of bread were cold, while others and I assume it's the defrosted bread were served warm. The fries were ok, but not special as well as the meat. Moreover, the music was too loud which negatively affected the whole dining experience.
The pricing of the dishes definitely don't add up with what is served. For the same or even cheaper price there are plenty of other good restaurants where you get freshly prepared food.
This restaurant promotes breakfasts. While I did not have the best dining experience, I am curious to try out their authentic Turkish breakfasts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very good Turkish specialist for Kadayif a kind of traditional handmade sweets. They have a lot of different food. It's very delicious. I had a Turkish pizza, Kadayif and tea. It was a great joy. The atmosphere is very good. The service is very kind. So i will come again here.
