★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin, haben im Oktober ein Spielzeug für Weihnachten bestellt, was leider nicht 100% funktioniert. Bekommen eine Retourenschein und nach Prüfung sofort ersatz. Danke und weiter so.
 Very, very friendly employee, ordered a toy for Christmas in October, which unfortunately does not work 100%. Receive a return slip and replace it immediately after checking. Thanks and keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann mich nur den negativen Rezensionen anschließen. Meine persönliche Erfahrung. Zu abgehoben und extrem teuer. Konnten mein Problem mehrfach nicht beheben. Jedesmal hieß es „wir müssen uns herantasten“. Mein PC ist jedesmal abgestützt und ich wusste nicht was das Problem war. Niemals kann ich jemanden empfehlen dahin zu gehen. Falls mal jemand eine positive Erfahrung hatte, dann nur, weil jemand einen guten Tag von Bora hatte oder diese ganzen positiven Rezensionen sind erkauft. Anders kann ich es mir nicht erklären.
I can only agree with the negative reviews. My personal experience. Too aloof and extremely expensive. Couldn't fix my problem several times. Each time it was said “we have to feel our way”. My PC is propped up every time and I didn't know what the problem was. I can never recommend anyone to go there. If someone ever had a positive experience, it was only because someone had a good day from Bora or all of those positive reviews are bought at the price. I can't explain it to myself any other way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered AMD processor on November 25-2020. On Amazon. I did not receive it. On January 8, 2021, the seller refunded my money. I didn't ask for it. I waited patiently for the processor. I did not get any information from the seller why he made such a decision. Disrespect and lack of professional customer service. I do not recommend this seller. Waste of time

Be careful guys, not reliable seller, not reliable products and there is no response after raising the concerns as well. At last, I have to return the product to Amazon. This is not good. Don't TRUST BORA COMPUTERS. They don't understand, they are dealing with people lives. What if these faulty product burst, or something really bad happens.
