★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gute Beratung von dem jungen Mann am Empfang.
Was mir auch sehr gut gefällt ist der MayaKanal auf Youtube. Gespielt wird diese Figur von dem, sehr attraktiven Herrn Rößeler (Sie dürfen mich gerne auf einen Kaffee einladen ;)). Ich hoffe es kommen noch ein paar neue Videos oder stellen ein eigenes Programm auf die Beine.
Macht weiter so.

 Very good advice from the young man at the reception.
What I also like very much is the Maya channel on Youtube. This figure is played by the very attractive Mr. Rößeler (you are welcome to invite me over for a coffee;)). I hope there will be a few new videos or I will put together my own program.

Mein betagtes Notebook hat einen Display-Schaden also ab zum Profi. Der junge Mann am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hat mir auf Nachfrage die Kosten einer Reparatur dargelegt. Mit dem ehrlichen Hinweis, dass dies mehr kosten würden als das Notebook noch wert ist. Um seine Aussage bestätigen zu lassen, ließ er den Werkstatt-Mitarbeiter noch einmal drüber schauen.
Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der ehrlichen Beratung und kann diese "Spezialisten" nur weiterempfehlen. Einziger Wermutstropfen war der etwas eigenartige Körpergeruch des Werkstatt-Mitarbeiters.
Small experience report:
My old notebook has a display damage so go to the professional. The young man at reception was very friendly and explained the cost of a repair to me when I asked. With the honest hint that this would cost more than the notebook is worth. To confirm his statement, he let the workshop employee look over it again.
I was very satisfied with the honest advice and can only recommend these "specialists". The only downer was the somewhat strange body odor of the workshop employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte einen Laptop zur Reinigung und mit fehlerhaftem Keyboard (Ausfall mehrerer Tasten) abgegeben.
Reinigung top, Keyboardfehler konnnte durch Reinigungsmaßnahme nicht repariert werden, Ersatzkeyboard ist wegen des Alters des Latops von Hersteller nicht mehr verfügbar. Deshalb wurde Kauf eines USB-Keyboards angeboten - ist so OK, da der Laptop als stationäre Lösung benutzt wird. Darüber hinaus wurde der Laptop einer Reihe von Hard- und Softwaretests unterzogen. Mit der Vorgehensweise und dem Ergebnis bin ich sehr zufrieden. 1 Stern Abzug da die Aktion ca. 1 Woche dauerte, in der ich den Laptop dringend benötigt hätte.

Cleaning great, keyboard faults could not be repaired by cleaning, replacement keyboard is no longer available from the manufacturer due to the age of the laptop. Therefore the purchase of a USB keyboard was offered - it is OK, since the laptop is used as a stationary solution. In addition, the laptop has undergone a series of hardware and software tests. I am very satisfied with the approach and the result. 1 star deduction because the campaign lasted about 1 week in which I urgently needed the laptop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das junge und sehr kompetente Team hilft schnell und unkompliziert. In meinem Fall war aufgrund von Fehlermeldungen die Festplatte des Notebooks und der Fritz-Router zu prüfen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Die Qualität der Beratung und der Service sind sehr gut. Ich fühle mich schon seit vier Jahren bestens aufgehoben bei den Jungs.
The young and very competent team helps quickly and easily. In my case, the hard disk of the notebook and the Fritz router had to be checked due to error messages. The price / performance ratio is right. The quality of advice and service are very good. I've been in good hands with the boys for four years.

Dennoch musste ich die Arbeitsleistung bezahlen.
Euer Personal war sehr nett.
Aber eine Datenrettung wurde mir nicht angeboten.
Auf YouTube zeigen manche Bastler wie sie an Defekten Mainborts herrumlöten un Chips austauschen bis diese wider funktionieren.
Das Leptop ist wol schrottreif. ;-(

But I was not offered a data recovery.
On YouTube, some hobbyists show how to solder defective mainborts and replace chips until they work again.
The Leptop is probably ready for scrap. ;-(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie praktisch es ist einen direkten menschlichen Kontakt zu haben konnte ich bei dem Defekt meines Laptops erleben.
Zwischen dem Abgeben und Abholen des Gerätes musste ich mich um die Garantieabwicklung nicht kümmern. Zudem war es selbstverständlich das alle Daten vorher unbefugten Zugriff gesichert wurden.
Geräte liefern können viele. Wichtig ist es aber das man einen Partner hat der auch Probleme managen kann. Hier kann man das!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ITSpezialist vielleicht, aber PCSpezialist?Mein PC ging immer nach einer Welie aus,in der Werkstatt erst Mal 49€ Servicepauschale bezahlt.Nach 3Tagen konnte ich den PC wieder abholen.10Seiten Diagnose Papiere mit irgendwelchen Messdaten erhalten140€ bezahlt PC läuft wieder.Unter anderem Wärmeleitpaste vom Mainboardlüfter erneuert.Halbes Jahr später gleiches Problem.Wieder 49€ abgedrückt.Diagnose nach eigener Rückfrage nach 4!TagenMainboard defekt.Da hatte ich kein Vertrauen mehr und hab den PC unrepariert
wieder abbgeholt.Mittlerweile hab ich den Lüfter des Mainboards als Übeltäter ausgemacht.Der lief beim PC Start nicht an erst nach manuellem anschubsen lief er dann an undPC schaltete dann nicht mehr aus weil das Mainboard nicht mehr überhitzte.Wie gesagt,bin nur ein Nutzer kein PC Spezialist!!!Habe jetzt für 7,90€ einen neuen Lüfter eingebaut und PC läuft seitdem wie früher.Fazit werde nie wieder so eine Abzockwerkstatt betreten.So dumm kann niemand sein da wollte jemand auf die schnelle Geld
verdienen.
IT specialist maybe, but PC specialist? My PC always ran out of welfare, paid a flat-rate service fee of € 49 in the workshop. After 3 days I was able to pick up the PC. 10 pages of diagnostic papers with some measurement data received € 140 paid for PC is running again. Among other things, thermal paste Renewed from the mainboard fan. Half a year later, the same problem. Again 49 € trigger. Diagnosis after 4 days!
In the meantime I have identified the mainboard fan as the culprit. It did not start when the PC started, only after manual pushing it then started and the PC did not switch off because the mainboard no longer overheated. As I said, only one user is not PC specialist !!! I installed a new fan for € 7.90 and the PC has been running like it used to. Conclusion I will never enter such a rip-off workshop again. Nobody can be that stupid because someone wanted to make a quick buck
to earn.
