And they were very empathetic to my situation and always helped me a lot. After all, I couldn't have ended up in a better place: in one of their newly furnished, renovated and beautiful flats (and on top of that, in a great location!). Without a doubt, if you ever have to rent a flat, studio, room... don't hesitate to go to Border Estate, you won't regret it :)

The apartment is absolutely beautiful and even once the contract was signed, they remained very useful and reliable! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience! Border Estate agency and especially Rachelle were priceless in our flat search after being turned down by other companies. The visit to the apartment with Rachelle was perfect. Moreover, the property is by far the most beautiful we have seen.
The agreement was provided to us within a day and Rachelle showed professionalism coupled with a lot of kindness to facilitate our move. She was able to answer all of our questions and concerns as soon as possible.
Finally, 2 days later we moved into our new apartment.
We really recommend Border Estate Agency and of course Rachelle, sweetest and most professional agent we've worked with so far!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For 20 weeks I had the opportunity to do an internship at Border Estate+. I had the opportunity to learn a lot during my internship, especially about renting out accommodations.
As an intern, I of course got to see everything behind the scenes. What makes Border Estate+ unique is that Rachelle and Romain pay a lot of attention to the tenants and the accommodations. Their emails are answered immediately, the reports are dealt with as quickly as possible, they make sure the accommodations look neat and tidy, and their service is always with a smile.
If you are looking for a room, apartment or studio in Maastricht, I would definitely recommend taking a look at the Border Estate+ website!
I have had a great internship. If you are looking for a fun and educational internship with lots of variety in real estate, I would also recommend sending an email to Border Estate+.
