★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company took over the clients of Housing XL. My experience with rotsvast is negative. Would recommend to avoid any type of cooperation with this company.
No need to be sorry. I'm leaving this review not for the company, but for current and future tenents to let them know how your company does business. At the end inspection "inspector" was indicating dust on the window seal and fingerprints on the cleaned floor as "extraodinary damages" and several more missed spots of mud were estimted as much as 300 EUR to clean. The final inspection was not initiated by the agency in due time and there were no offers to solve anything, like removing dust and fingerprinte for example. Other damages were doable too if the company were doing their duties. The "inspector" was going to miss even key returing day if I didn't remind them about the last day of my rent coming.

The handover of the apartment was also very professional and a detailed handover protocol was prepared.
All in all, we were very satisfied and can only recommend rotsvast.
