Prettig te woord gestaan en de extra stappen werden gezet om mij van een oud onderdeel te voorzien. Top! I needed some parts but did not buy products from Bosman. I spoke pleasantly and the extra steps were taken to provide me with an old part. Top!

Een chique dame kreeg de voorrang. Mijn vriendin gaf na 10 minuten aan dat ze alleen maar iets kwam ophalen en werd afgewimpeld met 'ik zie het niet liggen' en 'ik help deze mevrouw eerst'. Heel arrogant naar je klanten toe. Nooit meer hierheen Received good service from a lady and placed an order. Only today my girlfriend was not helped while she was previously present at the case. A chic lady was given priority. My girlfriend indicated after 10 minutes that she was just coming to pick up something and was dismissed with 'I don't see it' and 'I help this lady first'. Very arrogant towards your customers. Never going here again

Good timing ordering the product and installing it at home. We had to call a year later to fix one of the units as it needed some adjustment and their service was quick and free.
