I came in frustrated, but within moments, I was happily singing along to the oldies songs with Mister Chi. Excellent staff, wonderful service. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I discovered this shop though a Dutch friend. I absolutely recommend this place in case you are thinking about buying a scooter. Niels (the owner) helped me a lot while I was doubting which scooter to buy (basically i had no idea on which one to buy), and every time I go there to check the scooter, the service is amazing. He speaks perfect English and he is always trying to help. Besides scooters, they also sell scooter accesorizes: helmets, raincoats...

I recommend Mister Chi to anyone in Amsterdam that needs a helping hand with their scooter. He is very friendly and helpful and really knows what he is doing.
I went to him with my AGM scooter that was not starting, that Beumer de Jong, a shop close by, asked 300 euros to fix and after 3 minutes of checking cables and a kick on the kickstarter, he made it start!
Great service, will definitely come again!

With many models from the AGM Dutch brand, like the AGM Retro All Black scooter, the price, the service and the accessories and location you can't go wrong. Niels the owner provided a personal service tailored to what we needed and answered all of our questions, which helped us choose the right scooter. We are expats living in Amsterdam so we had many questions and Niels answered all of them, and even set up our scooter insurance right on the spot so we could get on the road quickly. I would recommend buying a scooter from Mr. Chi's Scooter. Lots of selection, good service, overall a fun process.
