In november 2004 openden wij Broodnodig, als een van de eerste espressobars in Utrecht. We bieden al tien jaar goede espressokoffie en lekkere broodjes en taart en we draaien daar Ingemar’s lievelingsmuziek bij.
Veel favoriete gerechten staan al heel lang op ons menu. Dat betekent niet dat er niets veranderd is, het verschil zit in de ingrediënten. Voor het bakken van de koekjes en taarten gebruiken wij inmiddels bijna alleen biologische producten en ons brood wordt met zuurdesem gemaakt. Koffie, thee en drankjes en veel soorten beleg zijn al langer biologisch. Nu nemen we de volgende stap, met nog meer biologische en vegetarische producten. Proef onze nieuwe broodjes met vegetarisch vis en vlees!

β β β β β It's my favorite place to sit and reading while having a coffee and a tosti. I'm always hoping to get there on time to have one of their kaneelbols because they're so tasty, but of course they always sell out very quickly. Great place with a great staff.

β β β β β Cute old station, transformed in a cafe. It has a really nice terrace, perfect place to sit in the sun for breakfast, lunch or just coffee! Food is great, coffee too and the staff is always friendly.

β β β β β We found a lovely little place to sit down with our kids to have a sandwich and tea. The waiters were all friendly and the food/drinks were very tasty. Definitely recommend it. The included playground is small but our children loved it.
