★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got the chocolate cupcakes and the unicorn cupcakes sent as a surprise by friends and family for my birthday last year (they ordered from Chile and were very happy with the service too). They were amazing ! Especially the chocolate ones were moist and very chocolaty. Last week I ordered 6 chocolate and fruit cupcakes for a friend in another city, and they arrived on time, and she was super happy. I will for sure be ordering more often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I did not have a good experience ordering from “ i love cupcakes” for a birthday party. All in all quite expensive and the end product was much smaller and really much less nice looking than the one advertised on their website. It was not the same cake I ordered on their website (Donut Oreo cake). It was not bad tasting but it was not tasty (dry and way to sweet, pure sugar and fat). The worst experience was with the delivery though. Ordered to get delivery before 17:00 for a birthday party, this is what was confirmed by the company when I placed the order! the delivery only took place at 18:50! 2 hours delay for this money, actual party without a cake, additionally nobody reacted to my messages trying to ask to get delivery on time! No possibility to call anyone! Unfortunately I will not order here again and I will not recommend further either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a loyal customer at I Love Cupcakes for several years, and not once have they failed to deliver. Whether it be cupcakes, cakes, cookies, brownies, muffins or even smoothies and coffee, they provide a perfect service from the second I walk into the store. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, always smiling and engaging in conversation. As a bonus, the store also participates in reducing food waste by offering their products on Too Good To Go! Great touch of sustainability.
The products are high quality and the store also has a very diverse online shop with alternative options to cater to any diet (vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, nut-free,...), which is something quite impressive! I have tried the delivery service and the cake arrived in perfect condition, with heartwarming touches of attention.
You will leave the store with a mouth full and a warm heart! I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place with many vegan and gluten-free options. I just dropped by with no notice and even though they weren't even open yet, they provided me with a fantastic array of vegan cupcakes. The staff were very nice and were really proud of their cakes and cupcakes. I applaude all plant-based efforts and even more when they taste good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome selection. I ordered the Birthday Vanilla Fruit Cake and it was amazing. Its by far the best cake I've had since living in NL for 8years now. I didn't mind paying extra to get delivered by 1pm next day and it was worth it.
