Na een aanvankelijk prettig verlopen aankoopproces werd de after sales een drama: gemaakte afspraken (noodzakelijk omdat het tapijt niet tijdig door hen geleverd kon worden) werden zelfs door de verkoper ontkend. Uiteindelijk is het via de centrale klachtenafdeling na veel telefoontjes en na ettelijke weken wachten “opgelost” en is het tapijt gelegd. Daarna ook geen afrondend berichtje meer gekregen van de vestiging. Voor ons nooit meer Carpetright! Carpet wrong! Ligt de vloer er eindelijk in zijn ze de afwerking vergeten die mee gelegaliseerd moest worden weet ik veel hoe vaak zouden ze daar voor langs komen.. komen ze elke x niet op dagen en dan uiteindelijk zijn ze er word er heel simpel gezegd nee helaas we kunnen het afwerkingsplintje niet meer plaatsen echt een slechte zaak zal dit bedrijf nooit meer mijn vloer laten doen Everything neatly resolved. Altijd lastig om met je nieuwe keuken in gedachte zaken uitzoeken, maar dat is heel goed gelukt en voor een goede prijs. Dan ook nog een goede carpeteur, die tijdens het leggen goed kritisch met ons meedacht. Kaarsrecht bestaat niet in bouwland, maar deze man wist goed met ons mee te denken. .
