★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relatively expensive and not very large portions. The atmosphere is a bit cafeteria-like. The food was good but not excellent. The bread was a bit dry. The desserts were interesting. An unusual combination of ingredients. But the "dennen" based on pine needles had a muted taste. The pear with blue cheese was more interesting. Apparently it was nominated for the best restaurant off texel, but I do not believe they will win that award.
