We were assisted by the tall Arab(?) lady (sorry, forgot her name) and she gave us full attention trough the whole purchasing process. Louboutin Amsterdam will definitely see is back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First you have to wait fifteen minutes outside because the door is closed and security is not talking to you. Then another couple comes and is spoken to while you have been standing already for some time. When you get in there is no help from the lady as she is apparently only to help one person for another 15 minutes. I just wanted to fit a size shoe so that I could order it online but I think appearance does matter to it. Shallow people who do not care who walk in, as long as you look expensive in your brand clothes. We walked away without being helped after being busy with this visit for over half an hour. Don’t go if not necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't go to the store in Amsterdam so I messaged one of the sales advisors on WhatsApp. Denise responded right away and provided world class customer service. She was available any time I had a question, and helped me out choosing the perfect gift for my girlfriend. Instead of ordering the shoes from the official website, I had the the option to get it delivered to my home address. This way I could keep the in-store return possible, in case the shoes do not fit. It's a really safe, fast and comfortable way of ordering, so I would highly recommend it to anyone! If you visit the store just ask for Denise and you will have the best and most professional service!
