★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude service from the staff. We felt unwelcome in the coffeeshop despite having purchased products from them. The policy also meant it was mandatory to buy drinks (which we did) and they wouldn't fill a water bottle. There is a pool table, however it's difficult to play when it's busy. This coffeeshop is larger than others we went to, with canal views.
