S	Steven Koes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte ervaring meegemaakt bij deze winkel. Airpods Pro gekocht voor een bedrag van EUR 120,-. Deze werkte vanaf het begin al niet naar behoren. De batterijduur versprong steeds, de rechter Airpod viel de hele tijd uit en de ruisonderdrukking heeft überhaupt nooit gewerkt. Teruggegaan naar de winkel en een nieuwe gekregen, maar deze had exact dezelfde problemen, er valt gewoon niet mee te luisteren. Saman Telecom wilde echter geld teruggeven, ontkende het probleem (Airpods zouden zogenaamd alleen met de Iphone X werken, dit hebben we later alsnog getest en bleek niet zo te zijn) en nu zitten we met een kapot product.. Zeer slechte service, 120 euro voor niets betaald, wij komen hier in ieder geval nooit meer terug en raden iedereen aan hier niks te kopen! Had bad experience at this store. Bought Airpods Pro for an amount of EUR 120. This did not work properly from the start. The battery life kept changing, the right Airpod fell out all the time and the noise cancellation never worked at all. Went back to the store and got a new one, but this one had the exact same issues, it just can't be listened to. Saman Telecom, however, wanted to give a refund, denied the problem (Airpods would supposedly only work with the Iphone X, we tested this later and it turned out not to be the case) and now we are left with a broken product .. Very bad service, 120 euros paid for nothing, we will never come back here and recommend everyone not to buy anything here!

Totaal 5 maanden bezig geweest en nog steeds een iPad zonder werkende Home button… Excuses, half repair because the screen kept coming off, asking extra money and not ready on the agreed day. Been busy for a total of 5 months and still an iPad without a working Home button…

Nog steeds kapot scherm (plastic scherm erop gezet) en een kapotte home-button. Zou het gaan maken......maar wanneer?. Niet betrouwbaar en hoge kosten. Ga alsjeblieft naar iemand anders! Ipad screen broken -> still broken. Result after coming back 10-20 times (4-5 months): constant excuses. Still broken screen (plastic screen put on) and a broken home button. Was going to make it......but when?. Not reliable and high cost. Please go to someone else!

Shop is always closed when it is supposed to be open. Hommerr point and nearby the only one, but already closed 3 times when it was supposed to be open?!

A	Adrian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful! Had my Sony display replaced and the guy used rubber glue to fix it in place. Rubber glue!!!! Not to mention he messed up the earpiece! There are special adhesive "gaskets" you "professional" imbecile!!!!!!! Do not go there! For the 10-15€ you save you have way more to deal with afterwards. DO NOT GO THERE WITH YOUR SMARTPHONE!
