Ich bin ein gestandener Mann mit Familie ect. und der junge Bursche behandelt mich wie einen Homie den,ich am Bahnhof getroffen habe. Ein wenig Respekt würde nicht schaden. Bin Stammkunde und erlebe das zum ersten Mal. Die anderen Kollegen sind sehr nett. Jedoch kann ich das nicht so hinnehmen. The southern employee is under all sow! I am a grown man with family ect. And the young lad treats me like a homie I met at the train station. A little respect wouldn't hurt. I'm a regular customer and experiencing this for the first time. The other colleagues are very nice. However, I cannot accept that.
t	t. staut on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Über eine Stunde mit Termin in der Kälte gewartet mit einem vermeintlichen Termin der anscheinend keiner war da sie wie es im Netz steht erst um 9uhr öffnen???? Wie kann man dann sämtlichen Leuten einen Termin um 8uhr und früher vergeben?????? Unverschämt!! Die Bude sollte man Dicht machen!!!! Waited for over an hour with an appointment in the cold with a supposed appointment that apparently no one was because, as it says in the network, they only open at 9am ???? How can you give all people an appointment at 8 a.m. and earlier ?????? Outrageous!! The booth should be closed !!
R	Ralf Wunderlich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die junge blonde sollte erstmal Lernern zu sprechen. Direkt per du und bringt keinen richtigen Satz raus. Informiert werde ich von ihr auch nicht richtig. Was ein Reinfall. Die anderen Kollegen sind sehr kompetent. The young blonde should first learners to speak. Directly by you and does not bring out a correct sentence. N	Nika X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stand vor zwei Tagen, nachmittags, in einer sehr langen Schlange. Trotz Termin keine Chance auf einen schnellen Test. Bin danach zum Testzentrum nach Walbeck gefahren, wo es deutlich besser organisiert war. Two days ago, in the afternoon, stood in a very long line. Despite the appointment, no chance for a quick test. Then I drove to the test center in Walbeck, where it was much better organized.
V	Vanessa Bendzmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Angeblich negativer Bürgerschnelltest. Zuvor zu Hause Selbsttest positiv..waren dann woanders 15min später und dort war dann der Schnelltest positiv! Testen nicht richtig bei Kindern in der Nase . Gehen nicht tief genug rein. Auf Wunsch zu Wiederholen wurde konsequent abgelehnt. Allegedly negative citizen rapid test. Previously at home self-test positive..were then somewhere else 15 minutes later and there the rapid test was positive! Not testing properly in children in the nose. Don't go in deep enough. The request to repeat was consistently rejected.

Die Entwicklung vom Zelt zum Container ist sehr gut Im Zelt waren teilweise nicht menschliche Wartezeiten, aber im Container ist ein perfekt reibungsloser Ablauf! Danke an das Team vor Ort das Sie sich so rein gehangen haben um uns Bürgern so einen entspannten Test zur Verfügung zustellen I am very satisfied, very nice team!! If a line forms, it is very quickly accepted with 2 windows and tested with 2 windows! The development from tent to container is very good There were sometimes inhuman waiting times in the tent, but the process in the container went perfectly smoothly! Thanks to the on-site team for putting in so much effort to provide us citizens with such a relaxed test

Wir mussten zwar trotz Termin eine halbe Stunde warten, aber mehr als arbeiten können die Leute dort auch nicht. Und das haben sie sehr nett, gründlich und bei dem Kind auch sehr einfühlsam getan. Wenn alles sonst geschlossen ist, dauert es halt länger. Aber man sollte froh sein, dass dort auch am Sonntag gearbeitet wird. Und das auch noch freundlich. We got tested this afternoon (Sunday). We had to wait half an hour despite the appointment, but the people there can't do more than work either. And they did that very nicely, thoroughly and with the child very sensitively. If everything else is closed, it just takes longer. But you should be happy that they work there on Sundays too. And that friendly too.
