Mit den Worten wir müssen keine Kunden annehmen wenn wir es nicht wollen und der Kunde uns nicht passt. Ich bin seit Jahren Sparkassen Kunde und bin zu tiefst entsetzt über die Filiale in Geldern wo ich mein Konto hin ziehen wollte. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert ausser man möchte sich wie ein Mensch 2ter Klasse fühlen. Really unfriendly employees who answer questions very pointedly and from above, and treat the respective customers that way. With the words we don't have to accept customers if we don't want it and the customer doesn't suit us. I have been a Sparkasse customer for years and am deeply appalled by the branch in Geldern where I wanted to move my account. Absolutely not recommended unless you want to feel like a 2nd class person.

Das werde ich dann mal ausgiebig und detailliert nutzen, wenn ich bis nächste Woche noch immer keine Rückmeldung habe. Dann sind 4 Wochen ohne Feedback rum und diese "Service"-Erfahung sollte man niemandem vorenthalten, der sich für die Qualität der Filiale in Geldern interessiert. Update: Ein halbes Jahr ist rum und es ist seit dem viel passiert. Zum Glück viel positives, denn ich durfte meinen neuen Kundenberater Herrn Andre Wilmsen kennenlernen und das ist der Grund, warum ich heute wieder ein zufriedener Kunde der Sparkasse in Geldern bin. Danke Herr Wilmsen, dass Sie sich mit Herrn Frank Baumann von der Abteilung Finanzierung nach meiner wiederholten Beschwerde erstklassig um meine Frau und mich bemüht und uns wieder zu treuen Kunden der Sparkasse gemacht haben. Anders als in meiner Bewertung vor 6 Monaten, kann ich die Sparkasse Geldern und insbesondere die beiden genannten Herren heute wieder ausnahmslos empfehlen! Thank you, Mr. Wilmsen, for taking great care of my wife and I with Mr. Frank Baumann from the financing department after my repeated complaints and for making us loyal customers of the Sparkasse again. Unlike in my review 6 months ago, I can again recommend the Sparkasse Geldern and in particular the two gentlemen mentioned without exception!
