W	Wolfgang Saris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich gehe sehr gerne nach DM und kaufe auch in verschiedenen Märkten ein. Was ich jedoch in dem DM erlebt habe und auch mit ansehen musste ist einfach unglaublich. Ich hatte nach einem Produkt zum entfernen von Makeup gefragt. Die Frau hat mich und eine andere Kundin die einen Idioten dastehen lassen nach dem Motto wie kann man sowas nur nicht Wissen... Habe dann miterlebt wie eine andere Kundin nach schminke bzw. Lippenstift fragte und sie ebenfalls angefahren wurde - sie hatte eine spezielle Frage zu den Lippenstiften. Die Antwort lautete: ja hier sehen Sie die dich, dann müssen Sie mal gucken, steht doch drauf! DM ist toll aber diese Frau ist einfach nur schlecht für den Laden! I like to go to DM and also buy in different markets. However, what I experienced in the DM and had to watch with is just incredible. I asked for a product to remove makeup. The woman has me and another customer who made an idiot stand by the motto how can you just not know ... I then witnessed how another customer asked for make-up or lipstick and she was also hit - she had a special question to the lipsticks. The answer was: yes, here you see them, then you have to look, it's on it! DM is great but this woman is just bad for the store!
R	Rainer S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Würde die Möglichkeit bestehen, würde ich 0 Sterne vergeben. Mit Abstand die unfreundlichste Chefin, die ich gesehen habe. Verhalten ist unter aller Sau - Mitarbeiter tun mir leid, genauso wie die Kunden, die die besagte Person ansprechen, weil sie Hilfe benötigen. Absolute Frechheit diese Dame! If there was a possibility, I would give 0 stars. By far the most unfriendly boss I've seen. Behavior is a mess - I'm sorry for the staff, as are the clients who approach the person because they need help. Absolute impudence this lady!
N	Nici Lauder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furchtbares Personal, bis auf einige Ausnahmen. Man wird nicht ausführlich beraten, da das Personal zu knapp besetzt ist und keine Zeit hat. Daher lange Wartezeiten an der Kasse und Mitarbeiter sind offensichtlich überfordert und gestresst. Die Sauberkeit und verfügbarkeit der Produkte sind auch zu wünschen übrig! Ich werde definitiv mir eine Alternative suchen. Terrible staff, with a few exceptions. You will not be given detailed advice because the staff is too short and has no time. Long waiting times at the cash register and employees are obviously overwhelmed and stressed. The cleanliness and availability of the products are also to be desired! I will definitely look for an alternative.

M	Marianne H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lange Wartezeiten an der Kasse, zu wenige Mitarbeiter ( wenn man denn mal einen auf der Verkaufsfläche sieht, meist sitzen die verfügbaren Mitarbeiter an den Kassen ) Schlimmer Umgangston untereinander, Leitung spricht nicht gut über Praktikanten - sowas bekommen die Kunden leider im Laden mit!!! Einziger Pluspunkt ist die zentrale Lage. Langfristig werde ich mir allerdings eine Alternative suchen müssen, da ich so etwas nicht unterstützen möchte. Rossmann hat ohnehin viel bessere Angebote. Long waiting times at the cash register, too few employees (if you ever see one on the sales area, usually the available employees sit at the cash registers) Bad conversational tone among each other, management does not speak well about interns - unfortunately, the customers get that in the shop !! ! The only plus is the central location. In the long term, however, I will have to look for an alternative, because I do not want to support something like that. Rossmann has much better deals anyway.
S	Simon Berghoff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das schlechteste DM das ich kenne. Haben kaum etwas da. Selbst wenn online steht es wäre da ist es oft nicht da. Das Personal ist mega unfreundlich und kein Stück Hilfsbereit. Auf Nachfragen wo denn die Artikel sind die online als verfügbar stehen oder ähnliches bekommt man meistens nur Patzige antworten. Die Schlangen an der Kasse sind mega lang und die Mitarbeiter quatschen lieber untereinander als zu kassieren. Das alles ist keine Momentaufnahme sondern Beobachtungen über Monate. The worst DM I know. Have hardly anything there. Even if it is online it would often not be there. The staff is super unfriendly and not helpful. If you ask where the articles are that are available online or something similar, you will usually only get snappy answers. The queues at the cash register are mega long and the employees prefer to talk to each other rather than cash in. All of this is not a snapshot, but observations over months.

The DM drugstore market in Aldekerk is larger than the one in Geldern, which means that the quantity of products is larger, the proximity to the Edeka market (shared parking lot) and the location directly on the B9 are also advantageous.
