Really disappointing experience. Had to get quite a lot of additional work done with another dress maker in the end :(

I went to covers for the wedding dress of a friend. Stefania was our assistant and she was great!

beautiful dresses but the staff was very rude, the older woman with dark brown hair with a bit of an italian aspect. she speaks quite rude to you and seemed very rush into getting you in to the next dress and out the store. Fortunately I found my dress in another store, otherwise woul'dve felt very uncomfortable to shop at this store.

I saw Covers online and loved their dress selection. From the moment I wrote them an email to arrange an appointment, the customer service was top notch. Kind treatment and great attention. Annika helped me picked my dress and my mother's and I couldn't be more greatful. The seamstresses did a wonderful work at fitting my dress and took care of every detail, including making an awesome system to tuck the dress tail away when I wanted to dance. Overall, I think this is one of the best customer services I ever experienced. On top of that, the dresses and accessories they sell are a dream, and very reasonably priced!

Excellent experience! I was looking for a dress for more than 8 months. Thousands websites, instagram accounts from all over the world were checked in order to find THIS dress. A lot of videos on youtube where I was watching girls trying the wedding dresses. I think I did not miss any “Say Yes to the dress” TV shows. Finally I found the brand where I like most of the dresses. It is the Spanish brand ‘Jesus Piero’. I started searching for stores which sell this specific brand and that is how I found "Covers Couture" in Utrecht. I decided to visit the store and the moment I did my first step in it I was in paradise. The location of the store is nearby the DOM tower and the service of the staff is excellent. Larissa met me and listened carefully to my story and my wishes. She showed me 8 dresses and I tried all of them. After trying these dresses, I didn't feel any spark yet, so we decided to check ALL of the dresses of this brand, there were a lot of choices. I have never seen so many choices in any other Dutch wedding store then in "Covers Couture". I also wanted a special veil, and the first one she showed me was exactly what I dreamed of. So now we went back to the dresses and I decided to try the dress one more time, and there was the spark I was looking for! Due to the Corona time, my mom cannot be with me, so I was very happy that it was possible to do a videocall and Larissa assisted to set everything like wifi, chair, etc. All the staff which passed by said “Hallo” to my mom. So when I wore this dress and veil, Larissa said: Let me ask you one question: “Do you say Yes to the dress?”. I could not resist and started crying. It was so emotional, so special for me. My mom also started crying and everybody in the store clapping. So Larissa made is so special and I am very grateful to her. The dress was delivered in time. The alteration was done perfectly. Even on the last set I had doubt about the alteration as it was a little bit big in my shoulders, the ladies did not let me go and made alterations on the last moment at the end of the day. On the wedding day everything was perfect and I felt like a queen in my dress.

My girlfriends and I had the most wonderful time at Covers! Miranda took such great care of us that two of us ended up finding our wedding dresses at Covers within 2 weeks! Highly recommend. They take great care of you :)

I had a very nice experience, Miranda was very friendly and helpful! We had a separate corner space for me and my two friends, so ìt felt like we were the only ones in the store which made the experience very relaxing. All the dresses I tried were so beautiful. I would definitely recommend Covers to future brides.

I discovered Covers via friend and I am so grateful of that. Recently I bought my dress from there and I must say that the help I got from Melanie was beyound amazing. She really helped me a lot and was really patient with hearing me out what I like or dislike and could really understand my style. I really like that she invested her time in finding the perfect dress for me and that she brought me dresses that even I thought won't look good on me but they ended up looking great on me.
