★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn studentenhuis is overgenomen door Covers Housing. In het begin helaas geen hele goeie ervaring mee qua slechte communicatie. Dit is na meerdere pogingen contact zoeken wel verbeterd.
My student house has been taken over by Covers Housing. In the beginning unfortunately not a very good experience with poor communication. This has improved after several attempts to contact us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beheer van mijn huis is overgenomen door covers housing. Ik ben mijn kamer sleutel al een tijd kwijt en probeer al meer dan een maand contact te krijgen. Dit lukt steeds niet, ik krijg elke keer of geen reactie of een reactie dat ik nog langer moet wachten. Ik vind dit erg gek voor een bedrijf dat bedoeld is om het beheer van huizen te regelen.
Management of my house has been taken over by covers housing. I've lost my room key for a while and have been trying to get in touch for over a month. This always fails, every time I get no response or a response that I have to wait even longer. I think this is very crazy for a company that is meant to control the management of houses.

My heating system was in trouble and needed repairs, this ‘wonderful’ company called in unskilled and unprofessional plumbers who could not determine the cause of the breakdown and in the end they did not fix anything. Because of their negligence, I overpaid huge money for gas. Year has passed and they still cannot fix it and do not want to compensate for the damage. They completely ignore requests and are not ready to compromise and deal with the problem. Working with them cost me a lot of nerves, money and time! Be careful when signing any contract with covers housing
