β β β β β On the second of a two night stay in Amsterdam recently, I fell upon this beautiful restaurant in a fabulous little square.
I lingered over a three course meal that was excellently cooked and served. Even the wine was fabulous and I am not easy to please.
The perfect atmosphere, partly due to the personality of the Chef/Owner and partly due to the change from daylight to darkness over the duration of the evening was signed off in a most surprising way. A bill that was very pleasing to the eye, even mine, and I begrudge spending on outside catering, I prefer to cook.
A great way to end my little trip. I'll be back.

We had fried squid made very light but full of flavour.
Also had truly amazing moules marinières with a bouillion I would happily swim in. ?
