Er zou binnen 2 weken een update verschaft worden over ons dossier, we zijn inmiddels 7 weken verder zonder enige hoogte van de status van ons dossier.
Alle documenten zijn netjes voorgestructureerd aangeleverd, voortdurend gebeld en gemaild voor updates, maar we krijgen enkel vage, sociaalwenselijke antwoorden die feitelijk om onze vragen heen blijven draaien.
Als het aan de service en communicatiestijl ligt, hebben ze ons als potentiële huurders echt zwaar verloren. Wij zijn oprecht ontevreden over de dienstverlening.

An update on our file would be provided within 2 weeks, we are now 7 weeks further without any knowledge of the status of our file.
All documents are delivered neatly pre-structured, constantly called and emailed for updates, but we only get vague, socially desirable answers that actually continue to revolve around our questions.
When it comes to the service and communication style, they have really lost us as potential tenants. We are sincerely dissatisfied with the service.
