M	Mark Robinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hebben zelden iets op voorraad. Je moet altijd drie keer nabellen of recepten wel zijn doorgekomen en 9/10 keer is dat mis gegaan. En als het misgaat kijken ze jou aan alsof jij de gek bent. Plus bestellingen doen er gemiddeld een dag langer over dan bij andere apotheken om binnen te komen. Op de vraag waarom heeft niemand een begrijpelijk antwoord. Rarely have anything in stock. You always have to call three times if recipes have come through and 9/10 times that went wrong. And when things go wrong, they look at you like you're the fool. Plus orders take on average one day longer than at other pharmacies to get in. To the question why nobody has an understandable answer.
A	Annabel Scholtens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer klantonvriendelijk. Er zijn mij recent medicijnen plus uitleg in rekening gebracht terwijl ik al 2,5 jaar niet meer in die apotheek geweest ben! Toen ik hierover belde werd ik zeer onvriendelijk behandeld, een kwestie van 'jammer joh, niet ons probleem'. Toen ik nog wel bij deze apotheek kwam, was er vaak gedoe met medicijnen ophalen (niet op voorraad, lang wachten etc.) en waren de medewerkers ook niet al te vriendelijk. Als het even kan deze tent vermijden dus. Very customer unfriendly. I have recently been charged with medication and an explanation while I have not been in that pharmacy for 2.5 years! When I called about this, I was treated very unfriendly, a matter of "sorry, not our problem." When I still came to this pharmacy, there was often a hassle with collecting medicines (not in stock, long wait etc.) and the employees were not too friendly either. So if possible, this tent can be avoided.

Ik kom er al jarenlang, met veel tevredenheid. Bestellen van de medicijnen kost meestal maar 1 a 2 dagen. Als het nodig is komen ze ook thuis brengen. The Vogel pharmacy is located on the Kattenburgerplein, close to bus 22. They provide good service and good after-checking. I have been coming there for years, with great satisfaction. Ordering the medicines usually only takes 1 to 2 days. If necessary, they will also bring them home.

Teneerste gaf ze aan het de volgende dag op te halen dit was absoluut niet mogelijk gezien ik de medicatie hard nodig had. Samen overeengekomen om de recept te faxen Naar een nacht apotheek maar ho maar heeft mevrouw niet gedaan! -min5 sterren ipv 1 eigenlijk! Contacted and told the lady in question that I can't pick up prescription on time. First of all, she said she would pick it up the next day, this was absolutely not possible because I desperately needed the medication. Agree together to fax the prescription To a pharmacy overnight, but whoops, madam didn't do it! -minus5 stars instead of 1 actually!
