★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will avoid using this dominos in future. Took more than one hour and saw the delivery guy went to other side of Haarlem first (from their gps service). My pizzas were in scooter for about 40 minutes and cold when arrived. Delivery guy said they are fresh when I asked about the long route he had. Worst Dominos pizza I have used so far. Was my last time ordering from them. Milkshake was also just liquid, not the thick one it should be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a call from domino's today saying the oven was broken and they couldn't make my pizza and if I wanted to cancel. I said yes. I got a call 40 min later saying my order was on the way. I said that didn't make sense because we canceled and that I have ordered from somewhere else. She said she didn't care and that the delivery guy was on his way. I said this was not my problem and wanted to speak to the manager. She said she was the manager. Is this how you treat your customers? By canceling their order then delivering and charging double? I demand a resolution. I have sent back the pizza and I am coming for you, "manager". The delivery guy was incredibly nice, didn't even seem to be from the same company. I asked him the name of the phone person, Pamela. And I hope you learn never to lie and mess with your customers like this again. Domino's calls me and tells me to cancel my order and suddenly they deliver it and it's my problem? That's the most crazy thing that has ever happened to me!
