★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was no hand sanitizer to clean your hands after or before touching the touch screens to place your order. I had to wait quite some time to get a table to sit on. The tables weren't cleaned and neither were the table numbers. The fries were cold. Napkins weren't served with the food. It was full with people from thuisbezorgd.nl (ubereats). everytime the thuisbezorgd people went in and out there was a cold breeze going through the whole shop. The going in and oit of those people made it very restless. The workers kept walking around saying number "which ever number".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not often eating fast food. For so far, I'm lovin' it. The food looks well made and even though they made a mistake for 7 nuggets instead of 6, I am very pleased for ordering here. Place is clean and you can sit upstairs as well. They have a lot of machines to order your food and it is nice that they have Mc Café as well. I haven't seen a Mc Café in other cities yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We always go and order for takeaway. This is the third time we got the wrong order (always something missing). Instead or the customer always making sure they got the right thing it would be great if the staff would pay more attention to detail.

I told to the manager, that I would like to use the toilet, but it is impossible. He said he is going to send someone to clean it up. I was waiting for a while, but nobody came...

There is this woman at the door today, she was extremely rude to me, she acting and talk rude, I'm new in town, in Holland in general, so I did not know if you have to take out you need to waiting outside, also she was ask for my qr code, so I am vaccinated, but she did not told me, I was need to waiting outside after I ordering, and she came to me all rude and say in rude way , go waiting outside! what kind of manners are this? The lady is big and small, blonde, long hairs, Also is not normal to waiting 20 minute for one coffe.so never again!
