Bij aankomst op de parkeerplaats hebben we erg lang moeten wachten tot er een chauffeur was die het busje kon rijden. Als je het een busje mag noemen, wij vragen ons af of dit ΓΌberhaupt nog op de weg mag in NL, de gordel van de chauffeur zat aan elkaar getapted met plakband. Er werd ons verteld dat het nog 15min zou duren voor we weg gebracht werden, onze dochter van 4jr moest even naar het toilet, deze is aanwezig maar daar wil je geen gebruik van maken! Ik heb mijn dochter opgetild en er boven gehangen, had beter buiten kunnen gaan. We werden afgezet bij vertrekhal 3 en zouden hier bij terugkomst ook weer worden opgehaald. Bij terugkomst gebeld toen we onze koffers hadden, 15min zou het busje er zijn, toen we weer op de afgesproken plek stonden kwam er inderdaad een busje maar die was al vol. Wij hebben in totaal 60min moeten wachten tot we eindelijk met een busje mee konden. Dit busje had een lekke band maar de chauffeur moest er mee door blijven rijden, dus even bijpompen en weer verder rijden. Dit is levens gevaarlijk en ik begrijp niet dat dit ΓΌberhaupt mag, dit hoorde wij pas toen we terug waren op de parkeerplaats maar als ik dit had geweten dan had ik niet met mijn gezin in dit busje gestapt. Je auto hier nooit heen brengen, kan je beter kiezen voor een betrouwbaarder bedrijf met goede busjes!
On arrival at the parking lot we had to wait a very long time until there was a driver who could drive the van. If you can call it a van, we wonder if this is still allowed on the road in NL, the driver's belt was taped together with adhesive tape. We were told that it would take another 15min before we were taken away, our daughter of 4 years had to go to the toilet, it is present but you do not want to use it! I lifted my daughter and hung above it, should have gone outside. We were dropped off at departure hall 3 and would also be picked up here on return. Called when we returned when we had our bags, 15min the van would be there, when we were back at the agreed place, a van did indeed come, but it was already full. We had to wait a total of 60 minutes until we could finally take a bus. This van had a flat tire but the driver had to keep driving it, so pump it up a bit and drive on. This is life-threatening and I do not understand that this is allowed at all, we only heard this when we were back in the parking lot, but if I had known this, I would not have gotten in this van with my family. Never bring your car here, it is better to choose a more reliable company with good vans!

Slechte service. Zowel bij het ophalen als het wegbrengen een dik half uur moeten wachten voor er iemand kwam opdagen. Daarnaast ook een erg onbeleefde chauffeur die tijdens de rit non stop andere klanten zwart maakte. Erg onprofessioneel en voldeed niet aan de verwachtingen.
Bad service. We had to wait half an hour for both pick-up and drop-off before someone showed up. In addition, also a very rude driver who non-stop blackened other customers during the ride. Very unprofessional and did not meet expectations.

We have enjoyed their professional services for over a year now. DriveUp are closer to Schiphol than other parking services, resulting in time saving and less stress for the traveller. Professional staff, excellent prices, fully recommended!

I have to confirm the story of John Engle from below. My car was parked there for 4 days. Upon collection, I found a scratch on the front part of my car as well as on the rim. The person at the desk refused any actions and forced me fill in the form to investigate the accident. Upon checking this form, I would need to accept a 95 EUR cost for the investigation first, which is insane. The same happen to 4 other cars there at the same time of pick-up and same denial was happening to them. When I asked them to compare the pictures of the car during the pick-up, they said that it is not possible. They also refuse to accept any of the written complain from my side and only told me to contact them via customer service. The situation escalated so far, that I was forced to call a police who informed me that I am not the first one who had this issue and that in general, they have very bad experience with this company. Also, the car smelled after smoke so someone most like smoked in the car during parking of the car from Drive-UP services. Never ever and I am going to fight until the end as it is unthinkable that nowadays such services can operate!

The WORST service and the most RUDE people ever!! Today 09.01.2022 I went to pick up my car and two doors were completely scratches. As you can imagine, they said that they didn't do it... I know my car and after three years, I can tell where are the little scrachts, but this is something that you can see like 20 mts far away from the car!!!!!!!. The way the employees reacted were VERY VIOLENT. NEVER PARK THE CAR IN THIS PLACE... YOU WILL REGRET IF YOU DO IT!!!
