★ ★ ★ ★ ★ T9 it's much better then T11....when you go to T9 office works much faster when it comes to deal with paper work...wherhouse staff are fast and friendly. ..One polish guy who works there are so friendly and helpfull....specially when you coming first time and you don't know the way they operate....as soon as I got the ramp hi checked my lock and as soon as i unload my trailer hi checked my delivery sign my papers and i was on my way....When you go to T11 its completely opposite way....everything takes so much more time....no words...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As instructed by you, I've been trying to reach you by phone to follow up on my missing luggage. But you don't even process calls (!), why are you telling people to call you in the first place? Hopefully, you're more responsive via email.
Also, I am a frequent flyer and very frustrated with your unloading services because you never respect the priority luggage, which should be unloaded first but always unloaded later. Please improve that.
