★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider nicht in der Lage mir mit der Angabe des Druckers die richtige Patrone zu verkaufen. Musste noch zweimal reklamieren, bis ich die richtige Patrone hatte, die ich aber selbst gegoogelt habe!!! Zeitaufwand: 2Stunden an 4 Tagen?...und dann will man mir das zu viel gezahlte Geld für die falsche Patrone nicht zurückgeben, sondern per Gutschein aushändigen. Hab also nen Gutschein für einen Laden bekommen, in den ich niemals mehr einen Fuß setzen werde! Keine Kulanz, keine Entschuldigung, kein Geld und ein provokanter, unfreundlicher und selbstverliebter Verkäufer, wohl ohne Schulabschluss....

Unfortunately not able to sell the correct cartridge to me with the specification of the printer. Had to complain twice before I got the right cartridge, which I googled myself! Time required: 2 hours on 4 days? ... and then they don't want to give me back the money I paid too much for the wrong cartridge, but give it to me by voucher. So got a voucher for a shop I will never set foot in again! No goodwill, no apology, no money and a provocative, unfriendly and self-indulgent seller, probably without a school leaving certificate ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super MEGA zufrieden. Der Mitarbeiter mit der Glatze (kenne leider den Namen nicht) ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.Hilft wie und wo er kann. Mit dem eigentlichen Chef,mmh naja bin ich nicht so zufrieden. Gehe lieber zu dem Mitarbeiter.Dankeschön nochmal für deine Hilfe+Beratung.Viele grüße
Super MEGA satisfied. The bald employee (unfortunately doesn't know the name) is very helpful and courteous, helping how and where he can. With the actual boss, mmh well, I'm not that happy. Better go to the employee. Thank you again for your help + advice. Many greetings

Spart Geld und weiß, dass es nachher auch die richtige Füllmenge hat
