★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the shop was open already for almost an hour. The person was impolite, I asked if what was in window shop was all I could pick off, and yes..she had everything ready but it was waaaaay to much work to put in the right place and she made me wait for 15 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the one with a 'make your own donut' bar, will let you order a 6pc box and package them separately in case you want to split the amount with a friend or two. Has limited seating, cutlery available, very nice staff, they speak English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for the iced coffee but was offered cold brew instead. Donut was too sweet for my taste despite having worked for the brand. I suppose the preference is as such in this past of the world. Staff was friendly nonetheless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wide selection of donuts ? the dough is soft as pillow! A good place to sit down for a while after shopping (right in the shopping street). Only downside: depending on the toppings, it can get messy to eat. But free napkins nonetheless:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried 2 types and both taste fresh and not to fatty. The rocky road was super sweet. The blueberry cheese cake was great! Not to sweet great flavor! Coffee was OK and not to over priced. I think the people that complained about dryness were there during opening week when they were still working the bugs out and trying to mass produce in such a small space!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great donuts, but one of the staff gave us terrible service. She was old, and I assume it was the manager. The machine where you order didn't print out any receipts, so we didn't know quite how to get our donuts, so we got in line. They shouted out a number, and we said it could be ours, and that we was not shure since the machine didnt print out the number. The lady was very passive aggressive, like we had offended her and that it was our fault that the machine had not printed our number. You could tell she just wanted to make us and other customers feel bad because of her bad day. While we were there she was also very passive aggressive towards other customers. Again, great donuts, terrible service - at least from that elderly lady.

Will only go again because of the nice donuts!
