β β β β β Room had very bad air circulation. Noisy plumbing-could hear all the time when some one was taking a shower or using a toilet.Ground floor room had permanently closed windows. At least a small window if it had a possibility to open tiny bit it would make a difference. Privacy foil on a window wasn't giving privacy - foil was too small and to low positioned on the window. Everyone could look into the room from the street. Sealing of the room looked like unfinished basement. TV was hanging to high and 70% of offered channels didn't work. Unable to connect phone to a TV or a USB stick to the TV. Light switch for 2 bed lamps was on the headboard just 5 cm from the matterace, so when you was correcting a pillow or just turning, in most cases you accidentally did press the switch. So either, unintentionally you was switching on or off those 2 bed lamps. Charging sockets just on 1 side of the bed. Bed linens wasn't clean properly! You could see some old, unwashed stains when you looked a tiny bit closer. Or like in my situation. Simply just looked and payed attention to the sheets for few moments.

β β β β β This is not a Hotel, but a garbage can, the staff is disgusting and rude, the room is as dirty as a public toilet at the train station, and no matter how much you demand to clean it, no one lifts a finger, you cannot contact the management, and the staff just do not care, stay away, it is not worth the money at all, I paid for two days, and I can not get elementary clean towels, the hotel is a real disgusting!

β β β β β The rooms smells because of the old bathroom pipe. The rooms will give you some eerie feelings. Could only stay one night even though I paid for 3. I changed room twice, both rooms have same old pipe bathroom smells

β β β β β very centrally located low budget hotel, easy to walk to Den Haag city centre (5 mts) or take a tram to Schevedingen or Delft, lots of bars and restaurants around, bathrooms a bit small when you are around 190 cms but manageable

β β β β β You can find better hotels and hostels for a cheaper price. Wifi didn't work, beds too small. Not enough power outlets

β β β β β Very basic space to sleep, shower, and store your belongings while in the Hague. Short walk to a tram stop, the Mauritshuis, and other sites. Good cafes and restaurants nearby, or you can head to the commercial district for other options. Even the train station isn't too far to walk. There is nothing remarkable about the hotel itself, but that's why it's one of the cheapest options around. If all you need is a place to sleep and shower, this is comfortable and gets the job done.

β β β β β I did not like it at all, it does not make you feel comfortable. The guy at the reception was nice and helpful but the problem was in the hotel and system they follow itself. Too expensive for a very small room with zero amenities. You have to pay for a hair dryer even. No closet, only a bed, tv, chair, hanger and the super tiny bathroom.
The restaurant where you have breakfast is separate and they don't own it, they just have some agreement with them. The check out is at 10am, otherwise you pay 15 euro to stay till 1pm, which is really so early. They just care about money and people are just numbers.
The place looks like those student dorms with too many rules and trying to control everything. They try to look nice and advanced with high tech at the reception, but it is just a look without any content. It is definitely definitely not worth the money you pay. Just go to a proper hotel that follows a proper hotel system and pay less. Today we went to Utrecht and paid less for a very nice luxurious proper hotel with all possible amenities.

β β β β β Rude Staff ! It looks like the receptionist would like to not have guests so she would not have to work. I took a few minutes to check if I have all my belongs and the staff was super rude asking me to leave the room. I was a regular guest during the pandemic and the receptionist said BYE ! you dont have to stay if you donΒ΄t like to be got out of the room like that. I was even considering to stay one more day -....
