B	Björn Paulewicz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disaster The anti-social neighborhood terrorizes hotel guests at night with loud music and yelling. The hotel staff does not seem to be able to forcefully ensure a tolerable night's sleep with the police. Instead, it is also communicated that this is not an isolated case, but has been going on for a month. - It's great if you as a guest are not warned in advance, especially if you are traveling with a child! In addition, the very cramped parking conditions with the requirement to hand over the car key are not communicated in advance. And then there was also an empty champagne bottle in the "minibar", the housekeeping admitted to having noticed the bottle but not put it away or replaced it. - This raises doubts about the quality of the houskeeping ... So if you value quiet nights in The Hague, this hotel is currently not in good hands. Especially not with family.

T	Tarik Unal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was unfortunately bad. The room was extremely small and dark. We stayed in a double "comfort" room. The bed occupies almost all of the room. The room is so small that two people can't walk by each other at the same time. Our "comfort" room had no view to outside. The windows of the room were looking at a wall in the middle of the hotel. When we requested change to a lighter room at the reception, we are told that all "comfort" rooms are located at the same spot on each floor and we should pay 40 euros extra per night if we want to switch to another type of room. They use the photos of expensive rooms on their advertisements but be aware that they are photos misleading for "comfort" rooms. However, on a positive note, the hotel has a top location, friendly personnel and beautiful internal design.

i	i k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location, friendly reception, very nice social space, nice rooms, all different in size and arrangement, surprisingly quiet (maybe only because it wasn’t fully booked yet). Don’t bother with the breakfast though. That was very disappointing for the price. Sad presentation, hot beverage hard to find and almost no selection, uncommunicative staff, not readily refilled buffet. (Might be because of the pandemic). Go to one of fantastic breakfast places around all corners.

Lots of dust on the shelves and in the closet. - The hair dryer was dirty, very sticky, not usable. - The cup that was in the room was dirty. - The towel I put on the floor was never changed (I was there for 5 nights). - During the payment, just before departure (you cannot pay in advance), it turned out that the employee from the previous shift took the key to the cash register, I had to wait 15 minutes for the money.
S	Sophie Dg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel very conveniently located in a lively street of Den Haag, full of nice places to eat and little shops. The room has a very stylish decoration and is quite big, with a comfortable bed. Coffee machine with a few coffee pads provided. We were lucky to have a view on the park behind and on the beautiful autumnal trees. The hotel stairs are amazing and all the decoration on the ground floor. Special mention to the staff: very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and come back. I liked everything, except for the bathroom, particularly the shower. The bathroom is tiny compared to the size of the bedroom (it feels unbalanced), and the shower doesn’t have any curtain or door to prevent water from spreading, so you easily flood the whole bathroom even while being carefully when showering. It is a pity.
