β β β β β We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and chic, and the services and staff support were above and beyond. Great location and on site parking is a big plus.

Cosy lobby, beautiful view, big and well equipped suits, comfortable beds.
Complimentary breakfast and 24/7 coffe and tea.
The staff was very helpful, especially the breakfast team.

β β β β β The most wonderful place to stay in The Hague, in my view! As a frequent traveler, I have stayed in many places in the world, and Staybridge Suites The Hague is simply amazing! The staff, suites and services are fantastic, excellent value for money, and the central and scenic location is unbeatable. I highly recommend this accommodation!

β β β β β Accommodation is the most important thing in travel. The most memorable thing after a long trip is 'home'.
If you enter the hotel, the first thing you can see will be 'Atrium'. This place allows you to eat and talk to others. The high ceilings, music and trees remind me of your garden. It's a place that I really like. The Den and Living Room, located on both sides of the hotel lobby, was really overwhelming. You can eat breakfast in that beautiful place!
For interior design, you can think of a small studio. The room had a kitchen and tableware, and above all, I liked the arrangement and colors of indoor lights. In the case of the bed, it was really good because it was neither too soft nor hard. And I could see that Hotel management team was paying a lot of attention to hygiene.
The hotel staff were friendly and always helped me in a ready position if I needed help. In the morning, Patricia and Marije helped introduce and check-in the hotel, and in the afternoon, Anelia and Amber helped us. They tried to approach and solve my problems in depth.
In summary, the StayBridgeTheHage Hotel will feel like your home and like a friend you haven't met in a long time. I want to visit again next time.

β β β β β Definately not what I expect of a 4star hotel. Location is central. Thats good. Breakfast is a desaster. There is not enough room for people to sit. The lobby is used as breakfast area. So you sit right next to the reception if you get lucky. Otherwise you sit in the conference room. There is not even something like a restaurant area?!
The room which the very simple breakfast is served is way too little. with 5 people in it you must Pax attention not to step on sbβs foot. There is no service at the table. Offen dirty tables. you go with a Tablet to your Seat and can return it at the end. Thats not a four star hotel service. More like a student hostel. Most disappointing there is no clean up service on the weekends. So we returned to our room and thought it was just a mistake, when we saw the dirty Towels in the bathroom. After talking to the receptionist they repeatedly asked if we read the flyer. There it is written downβ¦Excuse me, when checking in to a hotel I expect this to be fully integrated in the service. I wouldnt book again here or recommend this place unless there will be some major changes.

β β β β β Great hotel with a very friendly staff. Large and nice rooms, very good breakfast, and well decorated common spaces. Good coffee and tea are free all day long in the lobby :) Perfectly situated, in the center of The Hague. Would have been perfect to have a toilet brush in the bathroom and slippers in the room

β β β β β We loved everything about Staybridge Suites, The Hague. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. Location the best. Although the hotel was full most of the time we were there, it seemed like staff was always ready to help with anything you needed. They have great laundry facilities and were very helpful when we had trouble with the washer. It really felt like a gone away from home. The suite we had was very comfortable - we liked having the full extra room although I could see that the studioβs were also very comfortable. The kitchen was extremely usable. The breakfast was delicious , very varied and freshly made - eggs , Dutch pancakes, yogurt, cheeses, meats,
drinks , - other things - it wasnβt possible to try everything. All very high quality. Also peaceful, beautiful canal views I canβt imagine a
better place to stay. We look forward to coming back. Very convent for day trips to nearby cities

β β β β β Patricia helped me check in and out. I only used German, but she immediately recognized what I wanted and solved it. I was so thankful.
Above all, the hygiene of the hotel was the most satisfactory in the Pandemic situation.
I got a room with a view of the Parliament. It was foggy as it rained, but the scenery was great and most of all, it was quiet.
I really liked the interior and lighting. I was satisfied with the room that was neither too bright nor too dark.
The warm water shower helped me relieve my fatigue, and the bed felt like it came to my house.
Breakfast was delicious, and the 24-hour coffee maker was the best.
It was the best rest I enjoyed without being disturbed by anyone.
