★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben nunmehr unseren 2. Fernseher dort gekauft. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Darüber hinaus bekommt man hier qualitativ hochwertigere Geräte als die Stangenware beim Konzern um die Ecke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zwischenzeitlich habe ich auch den Reparaturservice in Anspruch genommen. Die Reparatur an meinem Verstärker wurde schnell und preiswert durchgeführt. Ich habe dort ein Sony Smart - TV gekauft. Die Beratung war sehr ausführlich und fundiert. Man hat sich Zeit genommen und meine Fragen beantwortet. Der Kauf war unkompliziert und die Lieferung und Aufstellung war schnell und professionell. Auch eine kleine Reklamation wurde schnell und zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt. Ich habe dort auch einen besseren Preis als bei den großen Märkten bekommen, sehr gerne werde ich wieder hier Einkaufen.
In the meantime I have also made use of the repair service. The repairs to my amplifier were carried out quickly and cheaply. I bought a Sony Smart TV there. The advice was very detailed and well-founded. They took their time and answered my questions. It was straightforward to purchase, and delivery and installation were quick and professional. Even a small complaint was dealt with quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I got a better price there than at the big markets, and I will be very happy to shop here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor einiger Zeit, nicht einmal 1 Jahr, her, haben wir zwei Kaffeevollautomaten, mit verschiedenen Ursachen hier teuer reparieren lassen. Beide weisen, auch die, die bisher nicht im Gebrauch war, den gleichen Fehler auf. Wasserentnahme schlägt fehl. Jetzt haben wir keine mehr. Vielen Dank dafür!
Some time ago, not even 1 year ago, we had two fully automatic coffee machines, with various causes here, expensive to repair. Both have the same flaw, including those that have not been used before. Water withdrawal fails. Now we don't have any. Thanks a lot for this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absoluter Wucher. Austausch Aquastopschlauch bei einer 7 Jahre alten Maschine wurde bei unserer Mieterin mit 280 Euro abgerechnet. Der Schlauch kostet 100 Euro, das ist aberwitzig.
Absolute usury. Replacement of the aquastop hose on a 7-year-old machine was charged to our tenant at 280 euros. The hose costs 100 euros, which is crazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Geschäft war von einem Kunden besucht. Jedoch fehlt bei B & Z die Zeit bei den Monteuren. Es wird aber mit Verschieben von anderen Arbeiten jedem Kunden geholfen.
The shop was visited by a customer. However, at B&Z there is not enough time for the fitters. However, every customer is helped by postponing other work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super hilfsbereite und immer freundliche Bedienung mit Geduld auch bei dummen Fragen vor lauter Nichtwissen was die Technik und ihre unzähligen Formen angeht.
Für so Menschen wie mich, die nur ein kleines Grundwissen von IT und TV hat, haben sie auch einen Einrichtservice und wie gesagt sie beantworten die Fragen auch so, dass man es versteht.
Die Geräte, welche ich da gekauft habe funktionieren auch nach Jahren noch einwandfrei und wenn weiß ich ja wer mir da Fachkompetent hilft.
Die Preise sind auch völlig human und teilweise gleich wie große Ketten und naja manchmal auch günstiger als Amazon. Muss man ja mal sagen bei dem heutigen Standard des Vergleichs und dann lieber auch ein Geschäft vor Ort unterstützen, wo man gut aufgehoben ist.

For people like me, who only have a little basic knowledge of IT and TV, they also have a set-up service and, as I said, they answer the questions in a way that you can understand.
The devices that I bought there still work perfectly even after years and if so, I know who will help me competently.
The prices are also completely humane and partly the same as big chains and well sometimes cheaper than Amazon. You have to say, given today's standard of comparison, and then it's better to support a local shop where you're in good hands.
