Toen ik de zaak binnenliep met fiets om deze te laten plakken weigerde deze 'fietsenmaker' het. Het zou te veel tijd kosten. Vraag dan nóg meer geld? Kom maar terug als je je binnenband verwisseld moet hebben kwam het op neer. Ze zullen andere dingen vast goed doen en prima spul hebben, maar ik ben erg teleurgesteld dat ik me weer om kon draaien en het hele eind teruglopen en vervolgens zelf m'n band plakken met het dure kitje dat ik kocht bij deze fietsenmaker die m'n fiets niet wilde maken. I now read in the reviews that they apparently do repair tires, but that this is very expensive. When I walked into the store with a bicycle to have it fixed, this 'bicycle repairman' refused. It would take too much time. Then ask for even more money? Come back if you need to have your inner tube changed it all boiled down to. They'll probably do other things well and have great stuff, but I'm very disappointed that I was able to turn around again and walk all the way back and then patch my own tire with the expensive kit I bought from this bike shop that m ' did not want to make a bicycle.

Toen de fietsen er waren zijn ze vlot en vriendelijk bij ons thuis afgeleverd. Ze staan nu droog en veilig te wachten op goed fietsweer, It took some patience because of the long delivery time. Ik zei ok, ik ga erover nadenken en hij hangt gewoon de telefoon op zonder iets te zeggen. Mooi niet dat ik ga komen dus. Ik betaal liever meer voor goede service en dat begint aan de telefoon! I called for a price indication because otherwise I have to walk a long way to bring the bike. He didn't have one because I had to come by by bike. I said ok I'm going to think about it and he just hangs up the phone without saying anything. So it's good that I'm not coming. I'd rather pay more for good service and that starts on the phone!

I lived quite far from the place and called them to ask a questions, they representative was extremely rude and said please don't waste my time. I will not let you know on the phone the estimate cost for repair. Kindness is dead with these people. Avoid going here and contact gazelle directly,
O	Orlando Martin Vazquez Villegas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time they were very nice, but after one month they reparation didn’t work out and when I came back they told me they do not offer any warranty and they treat me really bad. On top of that, they charge you so much more than other bike shops.
