★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima fietsenzaak. Iedereen in Utrecht Zuilen kent ze, daar zijn ze begonnen. Nu in een mooi, groot pand. Met nieuwe en 2dehands fietsen, een ruim aanbod van accessoires op fietsgebied en uiteraard een grote reparatiewerkplaats waar je snel en vakkundig wordt geholpen onder een gezellig babbeltje.
 Great bike shop. Everyone in Utrecht Zuilen knows them, that's where they started. Now in a beautiful, large building. With new and second-hand bicycles, a wide range of bicycle accessories and of course a large repair workshop where you will be helped quickly and professionally while having a nice chat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima fietsenwinkel voor alle typen fietsen. Meeste direct uit voorraad leverbaar. En: schappelijke prijzen! Vriendelijk, bekwaam personeel en goede service. Vooral service is heel veel waard! Ik ken Macco nog uit mijn studententijd toen de winkel nog aan de Amsterdamse Straatweg zat. Nu is de winkel, magazijn en werkplaats op een steenworp afstand van mijn favoriete Utrechtse bierbrouwerij De Leckere. Beter kan ik het niet treffen.
Great bike shop for all types of bikes. Most available directly from stock. And: reasonable prices! Friendly, knowledgeable staff and good service. Service is especially valuable! I remember Macco from my student days when the shop was still on the Amsterdamse Straatweg. Now the shop, warehouse and workshop are a stone's throw from my favorite Utrecht beer brewery De Leckere. I can't beat it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very open and friendly when I brought my bike to them. Called me two days later to tell me what needed to be fixed. Came back to see whether I was gonna pay them some more in exchange for a second hand bike. After I decided not to, they told me they were gonna charge me 35 euros for unscrewing my pedal and unfortunately became very rude. Wasn't necessary.

Unfortunately I feel like the bills are consistently too high with parts often being replaced, without checking in with me, and, in my estimation, unnecessarily. By all means buy a bike, but don't get a service contract or repairs here.
