★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER- For no reason the owner was rude to me. When I said “hi it’s a beautiful day” he mumbled “it was”. I said “what?” and I swear to god he said “until you came in”. I have no idea why. Because I’m American? Don’t speak Dutch? There’s no excuse. Anyway, I’m there to return my bike at 9am sharp but my 19 year old son is around the corner and gets lost on way over. He comes in at 9:10am before ANYONE even came in to rent a bike, and this guy charges me a full day rental for Cory being 10 min late. Unbelievable. So this is our only recourse. Please rent a bike from someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here is nice and we had no issues with our short term rentals. To rent a bike it was 10€ a day. Not the best prices, but the convenient location to the train station made it worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brake doesn't release anymore after mounting new stand. Despite clear local damage to the cable and the fact that it was working perfectly fine in the morning, the owner blames it on corrosion. And he was rude.
Update: even the stand came loose after a few weeks where the last one lasted for 5yrs..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop asks for a high price with low quality and no responsibility. My new bike which the group set has been replaced by them was broken down after 2 km ride. They did not take any responsibility and blamed the quality of the Shimano 105 which I bough for high price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My back wheel broke down so I bought a new one here. Unfortunately the size was incorrect. I could switch the wheel free of charge and they gave me some useful tips and tricks to mount it. Very kind hearted people! I''m a local :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in with my bike to get a winter service and came back to a bill for 200+ euros. I had to take the bike immediately back as it wasn't even fixed. When I stated that I thought it was really unprofessional to charge me this much and not even bother to check if the bike was rideable, the owner just reacted as he couldn't care less. Do not go to this company, cowboys who ripped me off obviously thinking that I wasn't local and that they could get away with it.
