★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een vreselijk zwaar gaande fiets. Je kan net zo goed naar de sportschool gaan want als je van A naar B moet dan je ben je binnen 1 minuut doodop en bezweet. Zelfs als je van een heuvel af gaat moet je nog bijtrappen. De app werkt wel handig.
 What a terribly heavy going bike. You might as well go to the gym because if you have to go from A to B you will be exhausted and sweaty within 1 minute. Even if you go down a hill, you still have to kick in. The app works handy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lijkt handig, is het niet. Fiets is alleen geschikt voor kleine mensen. Als je wat langer bent pas je er niet op. Bovendien fietsen deze fietsen erg zwaar en hebben ze een laag verzet zodat je er nauwelijks sneller op gaat dan een gewone wandelaar.
Seems useful, isn't it. Bicycle is only suitable for small people. If you are a little longer, you will not be careful. In addition, these bicycles are very heavy and have a low resistance so that you hardly go faster than an ordinary walker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super goeie app en het werkt echt perfect. Ik denk alleen dat de ontwerper van deze fietsen nog nooit op een fiets heeft gezeten. Super zware fietsen, fietst heel zwaar. Je fiets in een rare houding waardoor je niet lekker kan doortrappen. Misschien een idee om een andere fiets te gebruiken. Toch voor de goeie app 2 sterren.
Super good app and it works perfectly. I just think that the designer of these bikes has never been on a bike before. Super heavy bikes, cycle very heavy. Your bike is in a strange position, so you can't keep pedaling. Maybe an idea to use a different bike. Still for the good app 2 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waardeloos, elke keer als ik een fiets nodig heb doet de app het niet.
Ook reageert men niet op de mail die ik destijds heb gestuurd. Heb ook meegemaakt dat een of andere pipo de fiets gewoon op slot had gezet.
Koop je eigen fiets dan ben je tenminste verzekerd dat je vervoer hebt als je deze nodig hebt!
Worthless, every time I need a bike, the app doesn't work.
They also do not respond to the mail I sent at the time. I also experienced that some pipo had just locked the bike.
Buy your own bicycle then at least you are assured that you have transport if you need it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goede dienst! Installeren van de app is makkelijk, het unlocken van de fiets werkt ook goed. Het fietsen gaat goed en je kunt de fiets op een locatie naar keuze achterlaten: super! Ook heel belangrijk: goede klantenservice via WhatsApp.
Good service! Installing the app is easy, unlocking the bike also works well. Cycling is going well and you can leave the bike at a location of your choice: super! Also very important: good customer service via WhatsApp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The thought of sharing bikes is great, but the experience of riding one of the flick bikes is utter hell. Too small for a normal Dutch, the tires are made of sponge and they seem to have a built in brake system so it's great for a workout, but not for getting anywhere comfortably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bike is way to small, bad quality and very hard to bike on. It's more like a toy than a bike. I am not even tall. But this service can be sorted in the category: Nice try. Use it once and never again. But hey. Maybe this is the business model. Better use the NS bike. 3€ something and you have a bike for 24 hours not for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good experience with the bike itself and the app was very easy to use. However, I would highly recommend that you DO NOT use this company as a few weeks after using the bike, I received an email demanding a fee for the bike use, even though I was confident I had paid the correct amount. I challenged this by email, as well to check this was not a scam and received no response. I then received another email with an increased amount request, still without any explanation or any response from the company.
