About OV-Fiets
Het Mainport Innovation Fund (MIF) is een collectief van partners bestaande uit Schiphol, KLM, TU Delft, Havenbedrijf Amsterdam en NS die elkaar vinden in de ambitie om ondernemers in een vroeg stadium te ondersteunen met geld en expertise om te kunnen groeien. Op basis van een actieve scout-functie komen jonge ondernemers op de radar die innovatieve oplossingen bieden in domeinen zoals mobiliteit, transport en duurzaamheid. Naast investeren heeft NS ook de mogelijkheid om als launching customer op te treden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vreselijke service. Monteur bij wie ik mijn fiets inleverde was vergeten om een bedrag op de bon te zetten. Deze monteur was niet aanwezig toen ik mijn fiets op kwam halen. Rekening natuurlijk hoger dan afgesproken. De monteur is opgebeld en heeft mijn verhaal bevestigd. Vervolgens moest ik alsnog de hogere rekening betalen omdat deze monteur volgens zijn collega’s niet goed genoeg Nederlands beheerste (?) en niet de rechten heeft om een bedrag op een bon te zetten. De man die op dat moment werkzaam was heeft tegen me staan schreeuwen dat ik gewoon moet betalen en niet zo moest zeuren, echt super onvriendelijk. Ik moest dus opdraaien voor de kosten van hun miscommunicatie, anders kreeg ik mijn fiets niet mee.
 Terrible service. The mechanic to whom I handed in my bicycle had forgotten to put an amount on the receipt. This mechanic was not present when I came to pick up my bike. Bill of course higher than agreed. The mechanic called and confirmed my story. Then I still had to pay the higher bill because, according to his colleagues, this mechanic did not speak Dutch well enough (?) and does not have the rights to put an amount on a receipt. The man who was working at that time yelled at me that I just have to pay and not to whine, really super unfriendly. So I had to pay for the costs of their miscommunication, otherwise I wouldn't get my bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place used to be good... Now it is another level of I don't care.
Not only they do not care about the speed of repairs, they say they will call you/text you when bike is ready or when there are issues with repair. Instead they just do nothing and act surprised when you show up yourself and ask what takes them so long.
I left a bike for repair of Thursday, on Friday they told me "sorry Monday". On Monday I come to the shop (of course no message) and the bike still not ready, they tell me they couldn't repair the crank... My only answer was I didn't ask you to repair the crank, I wanted to change the fenders, I even brought the parts! I took my bike, and went somewhere else.
If you want to get any kind of reasonable service go anywhere else. Seriously anywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys were super sweet to me, fixed my bike way faster than anticipated and cheap! And they speak good English! The whole thing cost me 20 euros for a new tube including the service.
I really recommend them!
