★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altijd te vreden. Kom er al tig jaar! Beter dan naar de kapper of rotzooi van de kruidvat. Hier kan je alles halen en je haren thuis doen. En zit nog beter en mooier dan dat je van de kapper komt. Als je weet wat je doet! Ik vraag altijd advies aan de dames. Maar neem altijd het product die ik zelf wil.
Always satisfied. Have been coming for eighty years! Better than going to the barber or mess of the herb barrel. Here you can get everything and do your hair at home. And is even better and more beautiful than coming from the hairdresser. If you know what you are doing! I always ask the ladies for advice. But always take the product that I want.

De mensen die hier werken hebben echt 0 verstand van kapperszaken. Ook werden de twee vrouwen geïrriteerd en onbeschoft, omdat ik uitleg vroeg over producten waar zij niet van wisten wat deze deden.
Uiteindelijk heb ik een product gekocht dat volgens hen bedoeld was voor hetgeen ik wilde, bij thuis onderzoek op het internet blijkt dit hier helemaal niet voor bedoeld te zijn en kan ik hier niets mee.
This store has useful stuff, but only go here if you know what you are doing yourself.
The people who work here really know 0 about hairdressing. Also, the two women became irritated and rude because I asked about products they didn't know what they were doing.
In the end I bought a product that they thought was intended for what I wanted, research at home on the internet proves that this is not intended at all and I can do nothing with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Florale maastricht. totaal niet klant vriendelijk, met kleur advies lijkt het alsof ze geen idee hebben wat ze aan het doen zijn. Kleur was dan ook paars ipv bruin. Florale heerlen super klantvriendelijk en altijd super goed advies.
Floral Maastricht. not customer friendly at all, with color advice it seems like they have no idea what they are doing. The color was therefore purple instead of brown. Florale heerlen super customer friendly and always super good advice.
