They ruined my hair, and the service is disrespectful. I went here to get my whole head of medium blonde hair bleached, but they told me a lot of highlights would be better and look nicer. I thought they knew what they were doing, so I agreed. When they were done after 3 hours, my roots and the top layers of my hair were completely white, while the bottom ones were still dark yellow. Instead of apologizing and offering to fix their obvious mistake, they pretended like this was exactly what I had asked for. After I spoke up, they tried to bleach my hair again, but after another 2 hours, all they did was make the top even lighter and the bottom a little less dark. It was still completely yellow though. Still pretending like this was what I wanted, they demanded I pay the full 130 euros. I paid, but was so unhappy when I looked at my hair in the daylight the next day, that I decided to go back and ask them to bleach the bottom one last time, or give me my money back. Acting as though they were doing me a favor, they sat me back down and tried one last time. They still didn’t fix it, but at this point it was very clear that they lacked the skill needed to dye/bleach hair properly and treat clients with respect. I fixed my hair at another salon, where customers are not taken for fools. Save yourself the blatant lack of proficiency you get here for an absurd amount of money, and go with a different hairdresser. Answer: You are trying to save yourselves from a bad review by telling lies and putting words in my mouth. My natural hair is not dark brown, but medium blonde. I was also very sure of what I wanted when I walked in. The first thing I showed you was a picture of completely white hair, because I was set on bleaching my whole head. I also know from having done this before, that bleaching my hair once completely and correctly would have been enough to get the desired color. You also did not "warn" me about anything at any point (in fact, I was the one who brought it up by your third try), because you were planning on doing highlights after you convinced me. The whole problem only arose after the first round, when you did too many highlights on the top of my head, and left the color on for too long, while the bottom was done without care and too quickly. When I asked why my roots and top are now completely white although we decided to go with highlights, you said that you decided to bleach everything after all. That was an obvious excuse for your mistake. The fact that I came in wanting my whole hair bleached did not give you the right to just do that WITHOUT talking to me again first. And the whole issue was that you didn't even bleach my whole head, because it was so obviously a sloppy and uneven highlighting job. Lastly, I was not unhappy with the top color, because I wanted white hair, I was unhappy with the fact that ONLY the top was white. Obviously, I asked for you to bleach the rest of my hair after the first try, NOT because it was too dark, but because only HALF of my head was white. As for the service, I did receive a coffee and water when I came in. That did not make up for the fact that both of you were obviously lying to me about certain hair processes the whole time, and putting words in my mouth instead of owning up to your mistakes. I also wouldn't be so openly angry about it, if you would have showed a little more respect towards me. Lastly, this was mainly meant to help other people avoid situations like this, not to attack you as an individual. However, with your reply you made it quite personal, which warranted this reply in my eyes.
