Was mich enttäuscht das egal wie hoch der Einkauf auch ist, nie gibt es Futterproben und ich weiß das es die gibt. Die werden dann selber eingesteckt. Ich kann das nicht verstehen das die Proben nicht an die Kunden weiter gegeben werden, da gehören die doch hin. Ich habe mir mal aus einer Tonne die versteckt dort stand und die voll war mit kleinen Beuteln von Proben einfach welche raus genommen. Es wurde blöd geguckt aber nichts gesagt ?dann war die Tonne weg ?‍♀️ The shop is clean, well sorted. The staff is nice especially the owner. What disappoints me is that no matter how high the purchase is, there are never food samples and I know that there are. They are then plugged in themselves. I can't understand that the samples are not passed on to the customers, that's where they belong. I once took some out of a bin that was hidden there and that was full of small bags of samples. It was looked stupid but nothing was said ?then the bin was gone ?‍♀️

Darum bleibt es bei 3 Sternen. An easily accessible shop and plenty for cats and dogs. But the range for chinchillas is unfortunately becoming less and less. That's why it stays at 3 stars.

Das Geschäft wird von den Angestellten ordentlich und sauber gehalten, dazu sind diese auch immer super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Top! Kann diesen Fressnapf definitiv weiterempfehlen. Clear and tidy feeding bowl. I like to go shopping here to get the necessary food etc. for my animals. The store is kept tidy and clean by the staff, who are always super friendly and helpful. Top! Can definitely recommend this Fressnapf.
