I was waiting for my package at home then I got an email saying that they came but I wasn’t home!?!? Then they made me go to another city to get it from the office. Feels like Tom and Jerry running this company tbh.

This is by far the worst carrier I have ever experienced. Calling customer service costs 1 euro. First time, I was disconnected before I spoke to an agent. Second time, the agent refused to help and told me I had to contact the seller. I filed a complaint online, they redirected me to their own customer service. Their customer service never responded to any messages. If you can, do not do business with this company!

Awfullest experience ever. I expected 2 parcels during the week. Both of them weren’t delivered, moreover, the delivery man marked that it was. The phone call is NOT for free to check what happen with the parcels.

Waiting for the package from the morning, so far no one showed up yet after delivery hours. Tried to call to the customer service, charging money and no one picking up the phone. That's the worst shipping company I know.

Worst company ever!! You even don’t deserve one star, I really hate this company, slow delivery and bad service!! No information about the parcel at all, every time I call, reply is sorry we can’t help you, we also don’t know. What a bad company!!! And my parcel is still missing!!

I read so many negative reviews and was scared about my parcels. I sent big several boxes from Vienna to Amsterdam and everything arrived super fast, cheap and in a good condition. Nothing got lost and the tracking system worked well. Just decided to leave a positive comment since I expect that only people who experiences bad things leave their comments.

Track&Trace says it is delivered and signed by me. I was home and didn't receive anything. Simply zero-star company. I wonder who and for what reason would use their service?

My parcel was never delivered to me. I could see that it was in Utrecht for 9 days and that’s why I called them. They told me that it was “damaged” and that’s why they could not deliver it. They told me it was a mistake they did not contact me or the shipper. Very bad experience.
