Tried to charge me 60 Euros just to unscrew the bottom case of my laptop, and told me it would take four days. FOUR DAYS to remove 10 screws. Absolute joke of a place. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible humiliating experience. The fact that I didn't speak in German made the purchase of a XR with financing something impossible. Although I live for more than 1 year in Aachen and work in Netherlands. In the end I bought the phone with cash. Disgusted.

Very bad apple shop. Very slow and more important : I come from abroad, after 20 minutes of waiting !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was not served I had to leave the store ! It is really time to work on service, which is not in favor of the customer at all.

The battery of my MacBook expanded. A young man with blonde hair help me kindly even if I ask him to speak English? . It only took two days to get my MacBook back with a new battery.

Employee was really rude and inconsiderate.. he rejects your point even before you put one. First he had an opinion that the product needs to be tested by the technician and suddenly when he saw the profit he bacame one and passed the judgment. And he also forced it on me. He does not have time even to let you think about if you want to buy the product or not. Simply ridiculous service. I would rather pay more money to saturn or anyone else then go and buy from them. Saturn have way better service.

It was fixed quickly (4 days) and works now. And personal was very nice, knowledgeable and informative ? But it’s bare minimum that my newly bought 1100€ device should work longer than 9 months. The worker nudging me towards „you should be thankful that Apple is providing this 800€ repair is for free in your warranty“ that’s just bad manners. A „sorry for the inconvenience“ would be more appropriate, I paid Apple for your work when I purchased the product and Apple pays you as vendors and certified repair. My 1100€ device (MacBook Air) should not need a 800€ repair in its first year, that’s just bad production and I’m worried about it’s long time life. And especially should apple not inflate the repair prices such that a keyboard alone costs 800€ (?!?) when the whole device was 1100€. Please support the right-to-repair movement and stop these overly expensive certified repair shops.
