★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the first interaction with Nicole it's been a walk in the park. There's no tricks or strings attached with this woman. She'll give you plenty of notice if she's coming over and will always keep you updated with anything that is happening in the building.
I feel like I got lucky when I used Green Housing as it's just been nothing but professionalism through and through and would definitely recommend them in heartbeat for those who are looking for their next place to call home.

Green Housing helped me to quickly find an apartment in the student-saturated market of Maastricht, taking into account my requirement: I needed to find a place for me and my wife, which was almost an impossible task: the landlords are always seeking for a single tenant for various reasons.
However, Green Housing made it for me. Our communication went on in a remote format, and yet, we managed to find a common language without any problems. The apartment in the pictures fully corresponded to what Nicole, the head of Green Housing, showed through an online video conference.
The preparation of documents and our conversations regarding the contract and Maastricht itself went flawlessly. When my bank demanded additional documents from me to confirm the transfer to the Netherlands, this also did not become a problem: Green Housing responsively helped to sort out this issue.
Upon arrival in the Netherlands, the check-in was quick, Nicole provided a complete set of documents needed for a newcomer, and of course, the studio itself turned out to be exactly as I expected.
Further interaction on minor issues during our stay also took place in a convenient format and prompt manner.
Conclusion: in the process of searching, I communicated with many realtors, but unfortunately they showered me with uninteresting offers and did not pay attention to the peculiarity of my search (+1 person with me). Green Housing, on the other hand, provided a personal approach to my requirements and was able to find the most suitable option for me.
I definitely recommend the company and want to say Nicole thanks for her services.
