★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered through treatwell app a complete service of washing, cutting and drying. The center was not ready to offer a proper shampoo for the washing of my hair as it had been treated with a keratin few months ago so that they performed a dry cutting and the drying of course was unnecessary.
At the end, however they were not able to wash and dry my hair, only to cut it, I had to pay the full price, which from my point of view was certainly unfair and unprofessional. The whole situation made me feel strongly betrayed.
The fact that they did not try to compensate me for this, forces me to give them a really bad rate.
I probably won't repeat this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my black hair turn into ginger which is not the easiest procedure. However this place knows how to do hair! They were so nice and understood what I wanted. My hair is not at all damaged. Thank you so much for the great experience. Also Yaren Sbla is like a sister that helps with every problem. Thank you Yaren!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just left the saloon. First time there and very glad. Definitely will become a customer. She did exactly as I asked, giving advice on what she thought was best as well. International environment, and the hairdresser even spoke Portuguese, which was great and easier to explain what I wanted. I definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worse haircut in my life! Zero service zwro communication zero expertise! The girl who was appointed to me was such an amateur who cut my hair in 2 minutes in the most unprofessional technique, and of course the results awful and not even close to the reference picture I showed her. She was a big tall blonde girl. I will never again come back and will advise anyone to butcher their hair here!
Im incredibly mad at this whole experience! My hair is now a totall mess and I have to go to another salon to fix it
