Much better than all the others.
Personnel does not get annoyed when you want it it differently: Choose it the way you like it best.
The better fast food chain that exists.

β β β β β Service was pretty quick and friendly, food was OK. Meat tastes a bit unnatural, so I only had curly fries which were fresh and tasty enough. Of course, as with any fast food, if you don't expect too much from them, you might not be let down. Still, better than the Smullers directly across from the BK.

β β β β β A very disrespectful cashier, she treated people like trash.
She went crazy for just asking what was on the special burger..
And she loudly laughed about overcharged a guy in front of me with her colleagues, as if it was the perfect crime.
I wouldn't be amazed if the employers of that Burger King spits in your food, just for the fun of it. I never going to that place again.
I never seen that kind of malicious behavior in service...

β β β β β Busy, busy, busy.
Despite that, an despite that we took forever to order, the young lady taking our order at burger king on Utrecht centraal was very nice and sweet. We wolfed down our food and ran to the train. While the kids played and ate, I was looking at people working. It seems like there is a very nice working atmosphere and lovely tight crew.
I really admire you guys! You're doing very good job.

β β β β β Worst service ever! I stood there for at least 15 minutes, but no one cared to take my order? All I got were arrogant looks and they even gave each other high fives for letting me wait? I'm not sure how to interpret that. But I find it very disrespectful. At some point a girlfriend of an employee came to say hi and shoved me aside to lean over the counter to greet someone... Weird?
After that I was done with the place, I walked out and didn't order.
This wasn't my first rodeo there, everytime it takes about 30 minutes (and that's fast) to place my order and receive my food.
Seriously if you are in a hurry to catch your train... Do not EVER go there!!!
