★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First Starbucks coffee experience in the Netherlands. Riley was professional in his response to my request for no lid on the cup. The ladies behind the counter were indifferent. The ridiculousness of Starbucks' customer experience became clear. Kashyap isn't a common name in the Netherlands. I asked them to make it KK instead. Brief informative history of coffee on the wall done within small square black tiles. Cappuccino was good. Some spots of sediment was felt. Could've chosen a different blend or a double shot of espresso. The size of the cups are absurd. Starbucks, do it if you really have no other options or if you are desperately craving social validation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was disappointing, the staff were unfriendly, unprofessional and rude, they took twice the time to do my order as the other Starbucks I usually go to. It was an unfortunate visit, hopefully the staff will focus on the customers instead of their own conversations in the future. This has happened more than 3 times so far.
