Hab mir nach Beratung von Herrn Schrot ein Yamaha B2 geholt, was ich nach fast einem Jahr immer noch genau das richtige für mich finde. Empfehle definitiv weiter! Very good advice. Competent and nice and good variety. After consulting Mr. Schrot I got a Yamaha B2, which I still find the right one for me after almost a year. Definitely recommend!

Das Geschäft führt u.a. auch die Premium-Reihe von Yamaha (S-Serie). Ich habe hier das für mich passende Instrument, das ich in sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre und in Ruhe anspielen konnte, zu guten Konditionen gefunden. Dank des besonderen Einsatzes der Geschäftleitung konnte mir das Instrument binnen weniger Tage noch vor den Feiertagen angeliefert werden. Danke auch dafür. Friendly and competent advice. A visit on site is also worthwhile after taking a look at the homepage! The business leads i.a. also the premium range from Yamaha (S-series). Here I found the right instrument for me, which I was able to play in a very pleasant atmosphere and in peace, at good conditions. Thanks to the special efforts of the management, the instrument could be delivered to me within a few days before the holidays. Thanks for that too.

Laut Internet und dem eingeschalteten Anrufbeantworter sowie dem Türschild öffnet das Geschäft am Samstag um 10:00 Uhr. Das Geschäft wurde jedoch erst um 10:20 Uhr aufgeschlossen und man hat uns jedoch nicht in den Laden gebeten sondern uns nur komisch angeschaut . Also von oben herablassend behandelt. Soviel zum Thema Respekt. Bin sehr schockiert darüber und werde das Geschäft in Zukunft nicht mehr betreten. Mein Klavier werde ich dort definitiv nicht kaufen. My piano teacher recommended this business to me. Unfortunately, it didn't come to that. According to the Internet and the switched on answering machine and the door sign, the shop opens on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. However, the shop was only opened at 10:20 am and we were not asked to go into the shop, but only looked at us strangely. So treated condescendingly from above. So much for respect. Am very shocked about this and will not enter the store again in the future. I definitely won't buy my piano there.

Auch Bedenkzeit und erneuter Besuch waren überhaupt kein Problem - ich hatte jederzeit das Gefühl, dass es darum ging, das richtige Klavier für mich zu finden! 1A Service: Bis mein eigentliches Klavier geliefert werden konnte, gab es ein Leihinstrument für die Übergangszeit! Also, time to think about it and a return visit were no problem at all - I always had the feeling that the important thing was to find the right piano for me! 1A service: Until my actual piano could be delivered, there was an instrument on loan for the transition period!

After many years without playing, to start again I did not want to invest in a very expensive piano, but I still wanted a quality instrument. Mr. Schrot not only listened to my needs but gave me a lot of encouragement to start playing again, besides a very nice chat about music, it was wonderful! Moreover, among all the piano shops in town, they have the best English, essential for an expatriate like me! I highly recommend Rehbock's services.
